Engineered, not promised
Most apps ask you to trust a privacy policy. RiderShield builds the guarantees into how the system actually works, so they hold up whether or not you take our word for it.
You choose what's shared
Safety processing is always on and can never be sold. Everything beyond it — analytics, research, telematics — is a separate opt-in you can revoke anytime.
Sharing expires on its own
Live location is tied to a ride, not a standing permission. When the ride ends, sharing ends — there's no switch left on by accident.
Privacy zones delete, not hide
Mark home or work as a zone and positions inside it are discarded at the server, never stored — so there's no hidden copy one bug away from exposure.
Voice is never recorded
Group voice chat has no recording capability at all. It isn't a setting you trust us to leave off — it simply doesn't exist in the product.
No vendor keys in the app
Maps, routing and weather are proxied through our own servers, so third-party credentials never ship inside the app.
Consent you actually give
Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Safety Disclaimer are each openable at sign-up behind a checkbox that starts unticked — never buried in fine print.
